Valiant Entertainment is a comic book publisher originally founded in 1989 and restarted in 2005. Titles include: X-O Manowar, Bloodshot, Harbinger, Shadowman, Archer & Armstrong, and many more. Valiant has received numerous industry awards and is currently developing a multi-picture deal with Sony to produce Bloodshot and Harbinger into major motion pictures.

Richardson pursued the idea of establishing an ideal atmosphere for creative professionals, and twenty-five years later the company has grown to become one of the premiere comic book publishers in the United States.

Founder / CEO Ross Richie started BOOM! Studios in the spare bedroom of his apartment in June of 2005. Since then BOOM! has created many New York Times best-selling Eisner and Harvey Award-winning comic books and graphic novels. Four different imprints make up BOOM!
